| Late August is absolutely a good time of the year to visit. The Atherton Creek campground is a perfect place for so many amusing things and I am sure that you will have a fine time here. Don't miss the hidden falls hike, go for boating across the lake and then hike up as far as you can into the mountain. Back the way down before 4 or 5p.m becoz it will take some few hours to come back. The Jackson Lake Lodge is a perfect option to stay and it is in a beautiful location beside Jackson Lake. It offers the amenities of a full-service lodge and many wonderful vacation opportunities. Call 1-866-875-8456 and make reservation. Get up early and visit Oxbow bend, it’s a best place to watch early morning feeding moose. I suggest all of Jackson/Jackson Hole is very beautiful to watch many things, so don’t miss it. |

| Definitely the hidden falls hike. Really, you can kind of decide on what kind of stuff you want to see too though. In August, I would recommend you try and take some of the "road less traveled" type of areas because many attractions will be very crowded. You can get maps of where various things are though and they usually tell you the distance of the hikes and you can plan based on your time frame and energy level. |
