TRAVELIN' SCENIC 21 - A SIGHTSEER'S DREAM
Described as one of Arkansas best-kept secrets, the Ozark Highlands National Scenic Byway, Highway 21, offers 35 miles of beautiful panoramic vistas, colorful flora and rugged terrain in the Ozark National Forest.
