Restaurant / Dining Information Clarke's Restaurant After an exciting day of exploration and adventure dine at the Clarke's Restaurant, which offers a wide variety of Western Cuisine. Relax on the patio or in the dinning room of this full-service restaurant. Rough wood walls, kerosene lanterns, and warnings that patrons must 'check your gun with the waitress' all contribute to the Old West atmosphere. Beef lovers will savor the thick 20-ounce T-bone, the most expensive item on the menu; also popular is the local trout. Other choices include pork chops and grilled chicken breast. The restaurant offers full liquor service.

Bryce Canyon is recognized by many as one of the most unique and beautiful geologic formations in the world. A trip to southern Utah is just not complete without a visit to Bryce Canyon.
