There are 36 rooms and suites set on 10 landscaped acres all with magnificent views from individual balconies or decks. Our accommodations run the gamut with individual color schemes and furnishings - 20 have fireplaces, both gas and wood. Eighteen have 1 or 2 person Jacuzzis. In season, a light breakfast is available. On property is an outdoor heated pool and private golf/tennis privileges are available. Minutes from downtowns high-end company stores as well as winters many ski slopes. All rooms are non smoking, and fireplaces are only functional during winter season.

Grand Suite

Probably one of the most luxurious suites in the Southern Vermont Area. This is a four room suite. It has a living room with brick gas fireplace, desk/bar area with refrigerator and phone with voice mail and modem, large color cable remote console TV with VCR. There is a half bath off the entry area with large closet, and a sliding glass door opening onto a 24 foot private balcony. It has one bedroom with king bed, Remote TV, and sliding pocket doors revealing a two person Spa Tub and large sink area. Beyond this is a separate additional room with toilet and European walk-in shower. Truly a suite fit for a king.

Guarantee Policy
An advance deposit of 50% is required upon booking your reservation, (via credit card or by check) for each room booked for any two or more nights stays. One night reservations require payment in full at time of booking.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be forfeited if a guest arrives after the confirmed arrival date or departs before the final day of the reservation. When given at least 14 days notice of cancellation we will refund the deposit less a $35 per room processing fee.
