Glen Eden is one of the many ski resorts in Ontario, Canada, where you will find viable terrain for both beginner and advanced skiers and snowboarders. The Glen Eden Ski Area is located just 30 minutes from Mississauga and is easily accessible from Niagara Falls and Toronto. There is plenty of beginner terrain on the south side of the slopes where instructors from the Learning Centre at Glen Eden help people of all ages perfect their skills on the slopes. These slopes comprise about 9 percent of all the ski runs at the resort, while 55 percent of the runs are for intermediates, and 36 percent are for advanced skiers and snowboarders. The Glen Eden snowboard terrain park is also one of the big attractions at this resort in Ontario. There are all kinds jumps and a generally awesome set-up with downhill action, rails, and a lot more. The tube park is another one of the amazing features at the Glen Eden Resort. If the kids are not yet ready to take the slopes on a board or skis, this is a fantastic way to allow them to feel the exhilaration of downhill excitement. Not to mention, it is also a lot of fun for the adults. And although the Glen Eden Ski Area is what this destination is best known for, there are a range of activities and attractions that go on throughout the year.
