It is situated on 600 plus acres of parkland and features tons of rides, food stands, and shops. All you have to do is jump on a Toronto Island ferry to be whisked away to one of the most scenic areas on Lake Ontario, and it is only minutes outside the city. The main ferry dock is right off of Queen’s Quay by Lakeshore Boulevard and the Gardiner Expressway. There are plenty of hotels and restaurants in the city center near the docks if you need to wait on a ferry to pick you up.
