There are a few hotels right on the Cabo San Lucas Marina and many more within just a few blocks away. The majority of these are fairly upscale resorts and luxury properties like the Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa, located on Boulevard La Marina on the northeast side of the marina. It boasts an in-house sports fishing fleet and water sports specialists, a fitness center, health and beauty spa, heated swimming pool, children’s center, and most every other facility and amenity you would expect of an international resort. Just south of that and also on Boulevard Marina is the Marina Cabo Plaza, a deluxe condo hotel offering vacation rentals with full kitchens, waterfront patios, and bedrooms to sleep three or people. Both of these properties offer private access to the marina – and one of the most swimmable beaches, Playa El Medano) is within walking distance. Across the harbor on the west side of the marina are a number of other hotels – most of which are a block or two from the marina. This area gives you more budget options, and places you near the town’s famous nightclubs, like the Giggling Marlin and Cabo Wabo Cantina.
