Sandos Playacar

The Sandos Playacar is quite simply one of the best all inclusive resorts in Playa del Carmen. Found on a stunning beach in the Playacar area, this expansive, five-star resort complex has little trouble satisfying beach enthusiasts, and when a break from the sand is in order, there are plenty of other options for things to do. From multiple swimming pools to a full-service spa to a daily Kids Club, the Sandos Beach Resort Playa del Carmen has something for everyone.
Situated at Paseo Xaman-Ha Manzana 1, Lote 1, the Sandos Beach Resort Playa del Carmen enjoys a prime location in the Playacar area. This private and mostly residential area is where you will find most of the Playa del Carmen all inclusive resorts. It is also home to numerous residential properties and one of the best Playa del Carmen golf courses, not to mention some immaculate beaches. The turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea meet soft white sands at these beaches, and it is a big part of the overall allure. Guests at the Sandos Playacar will have access to a wide beach that is lined with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Various watersports, such as snorkeling and kayaking, can be enjoyed at no extra cost.
Sandos Beach Resort Playa del Carmen also offers in-pool scuba diving lessons at no extra cost if you please. Also included in the all inclusive fees are general facilities such as the gym, the pools, the game room, tennis courts, and you won't have to worry about your meals. All meals are covered, as are drinks, and this includes adult beverages. Impressive as all of this is, it is just the start when it comes to everything that Sandos Playacar all inclusive fees cover, so you will truly have trouble keeping busy if that is the aim. It should also be noted that some things to do, such as spa treatments, are not covered in the all inclusive rates.
Both a la carte and buffet restaurants are found at the Sandos Playacar Beach Resort, and the all inclusive rates allow for the option to visit both kinds. When you're not dining at one of the resort's restaurants, or one of the other Playa del Carmen restaurants, for that matter, you can stay in and dine in the comfort of your room or suite. This can be an especially tempting endeavor if you are tired from a long day of activities or you simply wish to enjoy a more private dining experience.
No discussion about the wonderful Sandos Playacar Resort would be complete without mentioning its guest units. There are 404 guest units in total, and they come in the form of rooms and suites. The decor has a decidedly tropical theme in the rooms and suites, and should you book a larger suite, you will access to a private swimming pool that is reserved for the guests in your building only. Satellite TV, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a mini bar, a safety deposit box, and a telephone are among the standard guest unit amenities. Some suites offer a higher level of luxury than others. Book one of the more exclusive suites, and a large flat-screen TV, a fully-stocked mini-bar, an iPod docking station, and deluxe bath products will be among the added perks.
The Sandos Playacar is everything that you could want in an all inclusive Mexico resort. It caters to all ages, offers extensive activity and dining options, sits on a world-class beach, and provides clean and comfortable guest units. It should also be noted that the resort offers great Playa del Carmen wedding and honeymoon packages, and there are special services for those who wish to arrange other events, such as business meetings and themed parties.
