Constructed in the mid 80's, more than 60 one and two bedroom furnished condos, arranged around pools, spas, and pleasant courtyards. Xanadu is located 3 blocks from Lake Havasu and the beach, and is centrally located to "everything". Each of our condos has a private entrance, a spacious living/family room with cozy furnishings, cable TV, and a private balcony or patio. They also offer a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils for your convenience. Please note that a $300 security deposit will be required upon check in. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.
