Arkansas State Fair

The Arkansas State Fair, an annual harvest tradition, in one of the biggest events in the Natural State. Every fall, more than 400,000 people flock to Little Rock to enjoy all the fun of the annual festival. With rides, plenty of tasty fair food, and the Arkansas Fair Rodeo, the big event is packed with fun things to do over the course of ten days.

Tickets to the Arkansas State Fair

A small general admission fee is charged to enter the state fairgrounds, and Arkansas State Fair tickets are discounted for kids and senior visitors. Parking is charger per car rather than per person. If you're looking to save some money, you can purchase tickets in advance and purchase one of the special packages. Often times, you can find 2011 Arkansas State Fair tickets that include unlimited ride passes—a great value for the money.

Directions to the Arkansas State Fair

The fairgrounds, which host the Edgefest rock festival in April, are easy to find in the heart of Little Rock. Located at 2600 Howard Street, the complex is just off the Roosevelt Street exit from Interstate 30 that cuts through the center of Little Rock. Interstate 530 meets up with I-30 just to the south, while I-630 meets up with I-30 just to the south. The airport is nearby, and signs will lead you right to the fairgrounds, the home of the 2011 Arkansas Fair Rodeo.

Thanks to a location close to the airport, the state fair is close to a host of Little Rock Hotels. You can save a lot of trouble if book an Arkansas hotel at the same time you get your Arkansas State Fair tickets.
