Among the top public courses in La Quinta is the aforementioned Arnold Palmer Classic Course at the SilverRock Resort. This course has played host to several professional golf events and features stunning water features along its challenging 7,578-yard stretch.

Also mentioned previously was the La Quinta Resort & Club, which has teamed up with The Club at PGA West to offer a combined total of five championship golf courses. These courses, all of which are open to the public, were designed by the likes of Pete Dye, Jack Nicklaus, and Greg Norman and are as beautiful as they are fun and challenging.
