Casa Marina Beach Resort

Casa Marina Beach Resort in Key West’s Old Town is an impressive and historic Waldorf Astoria property near the southwest end. The grounds bestow distinct elegance on overall appeal, featuring trim, verdant grass, fresh, stucco facade, and plenty of intriguing details. Opened since the 1920s, Casa Marina blends old Key West luxury and modern delights harmoniously, with a result that is casually glamorous. A bright strip of white sand beach fronts the property, edging on sparkling ocean. The most attractive qualities of the Florida Keys surround the hotel.

Rooms at Casa Marina are fantastically bright with a hint of the tropics, creating a haven of comfort combined with high-end details. Space seems to be unlimited in some of the sprawling rooms where stark white textiles contrast ideally with dark-hued wooden flooring and furnishings throughout. Choices lie in two distinct options: Ocean Vista Rooms and Traditional Rooms. Within the Ocean Vista options guests can choose an array of room designs including lanai and double lanai, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. King, double and one-bedroom traditional rooms are available along with double and king accessible rooms. Rooms including a small daily resort charge are afforded several premier amenities such as privileges at the sister resort, personal pool concierge, invites to special resort events, and more. Staying in Rooms at the Reach, guests enjoy Casa Marina’s sister hotel just four blocks south at South Beach.

Casa Marina features two stunning pools, one on either end of the resort on the oceanfront side, each featuring exclusive cabanas. The main building sits parallel to the ocean while two wings sit on angles on either end. With an overhead view of Casa Marina, the main walk to the ocean, leading out from the main building, is prominent with natural stone leading the way flanked by windswept palms and sparkling water features. On both the west and east side of the main path are two pools, shrouded by tropical trees and foliage and surrounded by massive sundecks bestowed with rows of luxury loungers. From each pool it’s just a short walk to the palm-filled white sand beach area.

Casa Marina Pier

Casa Marina Beach Resort is the only property offering a boating pier on the south end of Key West. It’s from this location that some of the most exciting activities are offered. From the pier, guests can enjoy manning their own boat rentals or taking off on several different excursions including deep sea fishing, snorkeling, and diving trips. Sport fishing via a deep sea charter is ideal for anglers for half or full days. Wreck and reef fishing is possible with Light Tackle trips, while back-country spin and fly fishing is offered through the Flats Charter Sport Fishing excursion.

Casa Marina Weddings

At the Casa Marina Beach Resort, weddings are always spectacular. The main walkway, lined with rectangular pools and swaying palms, is one of the favored spots for walking down the "aisle." The beautiful and very private white sand beach that lines the resort's large oceanfront property is another one of the most rewarding places to tie the knot. Couples also have a long list of choices for their reception including the Grand Ballroom, Keys Ballroom, and Flagler’s Ballroom, ranging from 2,700 square feet to almost 5,000. There are a total of six reception areas outdoors and five indoors, creating an array of possibilities for a truly memorable day.
