From the founder of Residence Inn, Summerfield Suites, and Candlewood Suites comes the new concept of Value Place, a short-term residential property that blends the best of extended stay lodging and furnished apartments. Our rates are based on a minimum one week stay. Many people decide to stay with us for months, however those staying less than one week still find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD deposit are due upon checkin. Deposit is refundable upon checkout contingent on no room damages or outstanding charges. Best of all, unlike apartment living, there are no application fees, credit checks, long-term leases, nor utility bills to be concerned with. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, and closed on Sunday. For after hours arrival checkin, call extension 500 and the resident Studio Officer will assist you.
