Pensacola Luxury Hotels

The Pensacola luxury hotels are some of the best hotels that you will find in Florida's panhandle region. In addition to tasteful rooms and generous amenities, they provide proximity to white-sand beaches that have little trouble impressing even the most critical beach enthusiast. They also offer easy access to a host of other interesting attractions, such as Fort Pickens and the National Museum of Naval Aviation.

Luxury Pensacola lodging can be found in three main areas. One of these areas is Pensacola Beach, and it is where you will find the Portofino Island Resort and Spa. Arguably the most luxurious lodging that you will find in the area, this condo resort at 10 Portofino Drive in Pensacola Beach boasts sleek vacation rental properties that are filled with amenities. Among these amenities are gourmet kitchens and private laundry facilities, and you can consider paying extra for perks such as an in-condo massage or chef services. If you have more than massage in mind, the onsite spa offers a wide range of treatments. Other facilities at the excellent Portofino Island Resort and Spa (pictured at top) include tennis courts, a fitness center, a healthy collection of swimming pools, two restaurants, and a market where you can pick up supplies to stock your kitchen.

Another area that offers some of the best Pensacola luxury hotels is the island of Perdido Key. On this island, condo resorts reign supreme, and they provide many of the same amenities that you would expect at the Portofino Island Resort. Such is the case with the Eden Condominiums Resort, for example. Glorious swimming pools with cascading waterfall features are among the facilities at Eden Condominiums, and you'll also find a full-service spa onsite. There's even a boat ramp, a small business center, and some tennis courts to take advantage of, and that's just the start. In the vacation style rental units, style and comfort are the name of the game. Flat-screen TVs add to the upscale edge, as do the granite counter tops in the kitchens, and you shouldn't want for space, even in the smaller one-bedroom units.

When searching for a luxury Pensacola lodging, the downtown area can also be a good place to look. In this area are some relatively upscale chain brand hotels, and you can also locate a few bed and breakfasts that provide considerable comfort. Among the more luxurious chain brand establishments is the Crowne Plaza Pensacola Grand at 200 East Gregory Street. All 210 guest units at this downtown hotel feature premium linens, free high-speed Internet access, a flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, and a variety of other things. You can choose to book a larger suite with a huge flat-screen TV if you please, and should it be available, the single Presidential Suite is surely worth considering. Outside of the guest units, a grand lobby, a restaurant, and an outdoor pool are among the facilities. There is also a business center onsite, and you can fit workouts in at the free exercise room.

Downtown Pensacola is also where you will find the city's best bed and breakfasts. These lodgings combine historic charm with modern convenience, and since they have relatively few guests to please, the service is usually superb. On the more luxurious and elegant side of things is the Lee House B&B, which calls 400 Bayfront Parkway home. Eight spacious and well-equipped suites await travelers at this divine bed and breakfast, and there are also some inviting common areas to indulge in. In-suite amenity highlights include an iHome audio system, plush robes, extra soft towels, and high-quality toiletries. Fine European linens are also on hand, and Wi-Fi is available if you need it. As for the common areas, they include a kitchen area with various amenities, a lovely dining room, a casual gathering room, large porches that are a joy to relax on, and a beautiful courtyard area.
