Cruzan Amphitheatre

The Cruzan Amphitheatre is a venue that is worth keeping in mind if you are interested in attending a special event during your next trip to Southern Florida. Found at 601-7 Sansburys Way in West Palm Beach, this open-air venue plays host to concerts and various other performances. Oftentimes, the events that are held at the Cruzan Amphitheatre come in the form of festivals that showcase numerous artists, and big-ticket acts are common. Some of the Cruzan Amphitheatre events also showcase special foods or beverages, as is the case with the annual Rib Round Up Country Music Festival. Plenty of food and drink choices are made available regardless of the event, and guests can also consider bringing in their own sealed bottles or food items. One sealed bottle per guest is allowed, and food items can be carried in as long as they are packed in clear plastic bags. Examples of other items that guests can bring to the Cruzan Amphitheatre include umbrellas, low-profile chairs, and blankets.

Several amphitheatres around the country are similar to the Cruzan Amphitheatre, in that they offer both seats that are covered by a pavilion and an adjoining lawn area that can also accommodate spectators. An example of a similar venue would be the amphitheatre at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, New York. Between its pavilion and its lawn area, the Cruzan Amphitheatre can seat more than 19,000 people. The pavilion seats are closer to the stage than the lawn seating area, and they command higher ticket prices. Since the pavilion seats are covered, they can also be ideal on days when rain is in the forecast. Special VIP boxes are available within the pavilion for those who want to enjoy added perks, such as food and beverage service.

Cruzan Amphitheatre Parking

The Cruzan Amphitheatre has its own parking area. Parking fees for this lot are show specific, and generally speaking, the parking spaces open approximately three hours before showtime. Those who wish to arrive and park early can be subject to extra parking charges. There is also the option of paying extra for Guaranteed Premier Parking, which can be purchased in advance. Premier Parking locations are available on show days only and on a first-come, first-served basis.
