The restaurant at the Hanalei Colony Resort, called The Mediterranean Gourmet, has quickly made a name for itself since opening in 2006, and there is little reason to think that it will lose its valued reputation anytime soon. At this renowned north shore eatery, Chef Imad Beydoun taps into his Lebanese roots to present a creative menu that highlights different culinary influences. Together with his wife, Yarrow, the chef has created a welcoming atmosphere to go with his inviting menu, which only adds to the quality of the dining experience. Throw in the views of the beach out front, and it just keeps getting better.

When you're in the mood for seafood, the seafood bouillabaisse is one of the dishes worth considering.
