The Fairmont Kea Lani pools are the perfect place to spend time outdoors under the Hawaiian sun. Guests of Fairmont Kea Lani have full access to this tropical oasis, a pool complex reminiscent of a tropical lagoon just minutes from the sunny sand and surf of Polo Beach. The entire resort spreads over 22 scenic acres, dotted by palm trees and blue skies above; the pools are part of what makes the landscaping so spectacular.

In 2010, the pool complex underwent extensive renovations, as did the Fairmont suites and villas. The three Fairmont Kea Lani pools are surrounded by quartzite, a natural stone that shimmers in the sunlight. One pool is open only to adult guests, giving them a measure of privacy and quieter conditions for guests over the age of 21. All ages are welcome at the other pools, the upper and lower lagoons. Underneath the Hawaiian sun, the pool complex is watched over be attentive staff members who are eager to provide excellent service and share the spirit of aloha with the Farimont's guests.

While you're soaking in the sun, you might want to take the time for a meal or a cocktail. Many of the resort's dining establishments are open during the day and just steps away from the Fairmont Kea Lani pools. The pool bar is an oasis in the shade, home to bar stools and a wrap-around counter. If the weather is good, which it is most of the time in Maui, a lunch buffet is available and a barbecue pit is in use. The bar serves up cocktails and beer as well as soda, tea, and coffee in addition to light snacks.
