Detroit Marriott At The Renaissance Center

Renaissance Center

The Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center is both the tallest building in Michigan and the tallest all-hotel building in the Western Hemisphere. A 73-story luxury lodging establishment, it rises 727 feet into the Motor City sky and looks out over the International Riverfront. The Renaissance Center, it should be noted, is owned by General Motors and serves as the famous company’s world headquarters.

The location of the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center puts the hotel next to Hart Plaza and right on the renowned RiverWalk. Guests of the hotel enjoy easy access to everything that Downtown Detroit has to offer, including shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Plenty of attractions are within walking distance. Those attractions that are further away can be reached via public transportation. The Renaissance Center features a convenient People Mover transportation station.

One of the premier hotels in Detroit, the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center offers 1,246 rooms and 52 suites. Each of these guest units is tastefully decorated and boasts an impressive array of amenities. Outside of the rooms and suites, features of this soaring hotel include, but aren’t limited to, concierge service, 100,000 square feet of meeting space, a full-service business center, a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a fitness center.
