Branson Attractions

The great Branson attractions are proof that any visitors to the city are in for a fun-filled vacation. From great shows to delicious food festivals and beyond, the Branson Missouri attractions will keep you entertained from morning until night. There is a variety of things to do in Branson, depending on the weather, how much time you want to spend outside, and your own interests, but there are several classic destinations that are well worth visiting, no matter how many times you’ve been here.

Titanic Museum

The Titanic is one of the most famous, and infamous, ships of all time, known equally well for its opulent interior and for sinking in the North Atlantic in 1912. The museum is one of the most memorable Branson attractions, where you can experience the splendor of the ship, walk along the intricately detailed Grand Staircase, explore first class staterooms, and stand on the bridge. View exhibits and artifacts in the gallery, feel the chill of that fateful night, and connect with the memories of the passengers who were aboard the doomed ship.

Branson Scenic Railway

See the surrounding countryside on a train ride through the wilderness in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. Experience travel on the vintage train over towering trestles and cool tunnels on this nearly two-hour trip. Enjoy a sumptuous meal while watching the scenery from the dining car by making reservations for the dinner train. From November through the beginning of December, one of the favorite things to do in Branson is for guests to take a trip to the North Pole for Christmas celebrations with Santa that include singing, steaming cups of hot cocoa, and gifts for children.

Lake Taneycomo

One of the popular Branson Missouri attractions for trout fishing is at Lake Taneycomo. Fishing enthusiasts can try their luck in the cold, crystal-clear waters of the lake. Fish with bait, lures, or go fly-fishing using your best techniques to snag a Brown or Rainbow trout.

Branson Zipline & Canopy Tours at Wolfe Creek Preserve

For the more adventurous traveler, Branson Missouri attractions provide an exhilarating adventure. The guided eco-tour takes you high above the preserve where you will glide along zip lines through the canopy of trees. You will see views of the Ozarks and its rugged terrain while traveling across the forest floor and over suspension bridges. The tour has several levels of zipping, from beginners to seasoned canopy travelers.

The Butterfly Palace

One of the beautiful Branson attractions is the Butterfly Palace. Enjoy stunning views of the city from the outside deck before entering the theater where you will observe the life of butterflies on 3-D film. Step into the tropical atmosphere of the botanical garden and be surrounded by thousands of butterflies from around the world as they flitter across the water and rest on the lush plants.
