Children 17 and under stay free, age 18 and above are charged as an adult. Credit card is charged 100.00 USD at time of booking. Must cancel by 3PM CST three days to prior to arrival (72 hours) to avoid full amount of stay charge. Value Place provides short term residents, minimum stay of 1 week, home like accomodations at rates starting at 169.00 USD weekly. With three room options, Value Place is an exceptional alternative to furnished rental apartments or hotels. Amenities include no lease obligations, free utilities, telephone and expanded cable with 1 movie channel, interior corridors with elevator, biweekly housekeeping, on site laundry facilities, high speed internet access available ($10 per week). Special Note Concerning Sunday Arrivals, Our office is closed Sunday, therefore there are no Sunday check-ins. Those needing to arrive Sunday must start their stay with us on Saturday's business date. HOURS OF OPERATION: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm, closed Sunday. Saturday check in from 10:00am to 2:00pm. For guests arriving after 6:00pm Mon-Fri and after 2:00pm on Saturday, use the courtesy phone in the lobby and call Ext 500 for the Studio Officer for check-in.
