The All Net Resort Arena is being built to the tune of $1.4 billion and is set to open in early 2017 on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. In addition to a spectacular 860,000-square-foot arena that is able to host big ticket events, the complex includes the Victory Plaza shopping and dining district and a 44-story hotel with 500 specialty suites. The arena at the All Net Resort features a unique retractable roof. The Victory Plaza area covers 300,000 square feet and is a pedestrian-only plaza that offers something akin to the Times Square experience in New York. The north end of the Strip has become quite the Vegas hot spot in recent years, and the addition of the All Net Resort Arena to the area is just one more reason to keep this part of town in mind when planning Vegas escapes.
Five-Star Spa Hotel with 500 Specialty Suites
Las Vegas Hotel Arena
The hotel at the All Net Arena and Resort is a 44-story, luxury boutique hotel that occupies what may just be the last premium location on the Strip. A new lodging landmark, it complements its 500 specialty suites with a full service spa and a rooftop pool and lounge. Each of the suites has an area for in-room spa and salon services, and there are several suites that also have private outdoor terraces. Other fixtures at the five-star All Net Resort Arena hotel include a restaurant with a private lounge, a specialty clothing and jewelry boutique, and a 16-screen cineplex that boasts a luxurious movie theater. As a side note, this is a non-gaming resort that puts the focus on entertainment instead. This approach falls in line with the fact that the majority of the Vegas Strip revenue comes from non-gaming outlets. Guests of the hotel who have gaming action in mind need not worry, however, as there are plenty of casinos close by.
