Bally’s Buffet Brunch

Bally's Sterling Brunch

Bally’s Sterling Brunch is perhaps the most famous side to the buffet at this often overlooked casino on the Strip. Just across from Bellagio, Bally’s is not as flashy as its neighbors and offers no glitzy free show out front, but what it does offer is possibly the best brunch buffet anywhere. While Bally’s does not have an every day buffet like other nearby casinos, the Sterling Brunch is simply worth the wait. For the rest of the week, you can find an express buffet in the mornings.

Bally’s Sterling Brunch is the most luxurious, opulent, and expensive spread anywhere to be found on the Las Vegas Strip. The Bally’s Steakhouse is converted each Sunday from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. to the place for the most sought after brunch in the city. The cost is $85, which may seem high, but this is no ordinary buffet spread. With unlimited Champagne and mimosas complementing a tremendously well-conceived buffet presentation, you will not want for anything. Servers clad in tuxedos and white gloves will look after you with careful attention and you are not likely to have to ask to have your Champagne glass refilled.

It is worth noting that you may want to look into trying to get Bally’s buffet coupons from your concierge or perhaps even the Vegas Tourism Board. This is a difficult one, however, as this is easily the most popular spread on the Strip. Other favorites of the Bally’s Sterling Brunch include unlimited Champagne, hand rolled sushi, caviar, broiled lobster, duck, and much more. And it is all of the subtle touches that truly round out the experience at the Sterling Brunch. Attentive service and a comfortable yet elegant atmosphere are just two elements of the puzzle. Hot food, fresh bread and produce, rich flavors and fresh ingredients make this a truly memorable experience in Las Vegas that is well worth the money if you want to go all out for an amazing meal.

The Bally’s Casino Buffet is renowned for offering a well-rounded buffet experience. It also features the finest selection of gourmet dishes of all the buffets in Vegas. Touching on the culinary highlights of this buffet does not completely describe the full breadth of the buffet, but it at least gives you a general idea of the kinds of food and beverages you can expect, including some of the specialties and favorites. Those who are interested in the traditional made-to-order omelets and waffles will not be disappointed, but neither will those people who are interested in culinary delicacies like ostrich tenderloin, rack of lamb, Maine lobster, jumbo gulf shrimp, and that is just the tip of the iceberg.

If that short list of gourmet treats is not enough to tempt you, then consider mounds of oysters and crab legs, savory beef tenderloin, steak cooked to order, truffle mashed potatoes, fresh pastries and bread, and cheeses from around the globe. The Bally’s Sterling Brunch does not skimp on anything. There is evidence of this is the price of the buffet as well as the spread itself. The thing is, you can just as easily spend the same amount for a meal with soup and salad and a desert at any number of other Las Vegas restaurants that pale in comparison to the quality, environment, service, and presentation you will receive at the Bally’s Casino Buffet. You can oftentimes find Bally’s buffet coupons for other spreads around town, but the Sterling Brunch is in high demand. It may be difficult to find a coupon for this particular affair. Quite simply, too many people are eager to enjoy it at full price.

Express Breakfast Buffet

And while Bally’s does not have a general buffet, if you need to grab a quick bite in the morning, there is an express breakfast buffet located in the Sidewalk Cafe. On weekdays, this is open from 6:00 to 10:30 a.m. and from 6:00 until noon on weekends. The cost is $10.99. Here you will find cold cereals, pastries, toast, bagels, egg and meat dishes, and other breakfast favorites along with unlimited coffee.

If the price is a bit too steep for you, the Bellagio and Paris are both nearby with very good buffets as well.
