Carrot Top Vegas
Carrot Top Vegas fans have nothing but praise for the outrageously funny comedian known for his hilarious antics and monumentally amusing props, most which he imagines and creates himself. The Carrot Top Luxor show is one where you’ll never know what’s going to happen next, but you can rest assured your sides will hurt with laughter. Famous for his impressions of celebrities and political figures alike, Carrot Top sets nothing as off limits in this Las Vegas comedy show. Featured at the enormous Luxor Theater inside the Luxor Hotel and Casino, the Carrot Top Vegas show is one wild and funny ride.
Carrot Top calls himself a blend of George Carlin, Gallagher, and Steven Wright. And he’s bang on. Las Vegas entertainment doesn’t get much better than this if you’re into oddball comedians. His signature red, frizzy hair is recognizable all over the world—he is likely the most famous red-headed performer of all time. The Carrot Top Luxor show is definitely an adults-only Las Vegas comedy show. His penchant for mature content and plenty of vulgarity see him pass PG ratings and embrace an almost R-rated ranking. Expect sexual content, adult situations, and bad language in general. While there are many family-friendly shows in town such as several of the Cirque du Soleil shows or a magic show, this is not one of them.
Carrot Top is well-known for his magnificent props, things he uses to present and underline many of his jokes. Some of his contraptions include a manipulated beer box that he calls a baby carrier for red necks and a long, tube-like extension that he blows into while aiming at his hair is what he calls a hair dryer for the Amish. Crass? Yes. Funny? Most audience members think so! This guy is so full of energy his jokes are seamless. He busts out joke after joke, interspersed by desperately looking for a new stage prop to tell another one. He’s also well-known for his self-deprecating jokes. He switches topics like wild-fire, keeping his audience engaged from the minute the show opens to the last minute of his performance. At most of the Carrot Top Vegas shows, he emphatically exclaims that he doesn’t tell jokes to offer the best of Las Vegas entertainment, rather, he does it to entertain his own oddball sense of humor. And entertain himself he does, along with the 1,200 people attending the Carrot Top Luxor show each evening at 8:30 except Tuesdays which are dark.
