The Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas is one of the
most influential trade shows in the electronic world.
At the CES Convention Las Vegas visitors and residents
scour the floors for the latest and greatest offering
a huge variety of the newest technological products. At
each Consumer Electronics Show, trade show participants
from the biggest names in the industry often announce
or debut their newest product lines. This brings about

clamor to get to the trade show.
At the CES Convention Las Vegas trade show organizers

organize all the newest products. Since the trade shows
debut year it has officially grown more than ten times
in size, attracting industry leaders and many famous faces.

Registrants at the Consumer Electronics Show represent
more than 150 countries and include retailers, manufacturers,
cable and satellite providers, content creators and providers
and engineers. There are also a large number of financial
analysts, government leaders, and world-wide media. The
official trade show takes place at the Las
Vegas Convention Center between January 7, 2008 and
January 10, 2008 and is one of the largest and ever-growing
Las Vegas attractions
to date.
The 2008 Consumer Electronics Show will also have exhibits
at the Sands Expo and Convention Center at the Venetian
and the Las Vegas Hilton,
as it has in prior years for a total of 1.7 million square
feet of exhibition space. The 2008 Consumer Electronics
Show is one of the most highly anticipated trade shows
in the world. One of the biggest announcements CES Convention
Las Vegas organizers made was the dedicated effort of
the trade show to “go green” by reducing it’s carbon footprint,
increasingly efforts to recycle, reducing the consumption
of energy, offsetting emissions and improving efficiency.
