Delano Las Vegas brings the style of South Beach to the Las Vegas Strip. Just like the original hotel in Miami, the all-suite Delano offers a sophisticated yet fun escape. The stand-alone hotel is part of Mandalay Bay, taking the place of THEhotel. The opening of the Delano is the final piece of the property-wide transformation that improved Mandalay Bay beginning in 2013.
To bring the Delano to Las Vegas, Mandalay Bay owner MGM Resorts partnered with Morgans Hotel Group, owner of the Miami boutique hotel, to bring the concept to Nevada. The westernmost outpost of the Delano, a stand-alone hotel, features 1,100 luxury suites, plus gourmet restaurants, a private pool complex and a spa, all with a modern design.

Walk through Delano Las Vegas
Lady Luck hangs out near the pool at the Delano Las Vegas. Just steps away from the sandy beach, she’ll find a three-story casino. The glass-enclosed gaming area features air-conditioned comfort and plenty of big windows for enjoying the beach views, plus plenty of tables for craps, roulette and blackjack. You won't have to worry about going back to the rooms to change—beachwear is totally acceptable because even the dealers are decked in casual summer clothes. Gamers also can make their way Mandalay Bay's casino with its 2,000-plus slots, table games and a sports book.
Delano Hotel Rooms
With 1,100 suites, the Delano Las Vegas has plenty of space to welcome its guests. The hallways were designed with luxury in mind, with shades of gray and dark blue, with desert scenes hanging on the wall. Once guests step into their suites, they'll find a design inspired by South Beach with underwater photography, large windows for viewing the neon lights and richly textured linens. The standard Delano rooms, at 725 square feet, are some of the largest in Las Vegas. Each features a flat-screen TV plus an armoire, living room and expansive bathroom.
A mix of the sophisticated and the fun, the dining scene at the Delano has something for everyone. For those who like to mix in some good views with their meal, they should make plans to visit Rivea on the 64th floor of the hotel. Chef Alain Ducasse, inspired by the fresh food of Italy and Provence, creates a menu worthy of a European adventure. The next-door lounge features indoor seating and an outdoor patio. Returning to the lobby, there's a farm-to-table restaurant, Della's Kitchen, next to 3940, which serves coffee and juices in the morning, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
Delano Mix Lounge
Franklin, a laid-back lounge, features live music plus DJs and other performances each night. The menu features tapas-style small plates with cheese and charcuterie plates. The small plates and creative cocktails are all served in an atmosphere designed for socializing. With a short stroll to Mandalay Bay, you can soak in the fun of the Light Nightclub or catch a concert at the House of Blues.
Delano Las Vegas Pool
The Delano's private beach club is adjacent to Mandalay Bay's wave pool. The private complex, for Delano guests, features an inviting place to dip your toes in the water, go for a swim, or just relax in the sun. Guests are also welcome to explore Mandalay Bay's 11-acre pool complex with its day beds, cabanas and an actual sand beach, as well as the adults-only Moorea Beach Club.
Delano guests can hop over to Mandalay Bay to check out its shows, including the summer concerts. Throughout the year, the amazing artists of Cirque du Soleil present an amazing tribute to the King of Pop with Michael Jackson ONE.
