Bellagio Gallery

The Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art in Las Vegas boasts a variety of masterpieces, and it’s home to exhibits featuring works of such masters as Warhol, Monet, and Picasso. Originally owned by Steve Wynn, the future of the Bellagio Fine Art Gallery was uncertain when he moved his personal collection from the Bellagio Hotel to the Wynn Resort after MGM bought him out of the establishment, leaving the gallery virtually empty; however, the gallery pulled through with flying colors, gathering pieces for the current evolving collection, and it is visited by hundreds of tourists and locals throughout the year. Exhibits at this art gallery in Las Vegas are ever-changing, but they are always meticulously considered, leading to a variety of stylish and admirable displays.

After beginning his career in his family-owned chain of bingo parlors, Steve Wynn founded the Mirage, his first major casino, on the Strip in 1989, setting a new standard for style and luxury. The Mirage was followed by Treasure Island and then the Bellagio and its gallery. It was considered a risk to open an art gallery in Las Vegas, considering the tone of the current popular attractions; however, the Bellagio Gallery was such a great success that it had to be moved to a larger hall to accommodate the number of guests..

Visitors are welcome to tour the Bellagio Gallery every day of the week. Operating hours of the gallery and gift shop are from 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday through Tuesday and on Thursday, and from 10 am to 7 pm on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The last admission tickets are sold at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm, respectively. The Bellagio Lobby is something of a work of art as well, featuring a glass ceiling designed by Dale Chihuly.

Admissions for this art gallery in Las Vegas vary depending on age, location, and career. There is also free admission for children under 12 who are visiting the Bellagio Fine Art Gallery.
