Grand Hyatt Las Vegas

Set for completion in late 2009, the Grand Hyatt Las Vegas is not yet open or taking reservations for rooms.

Located centrally on the Strip, the Grand Hyatt Las Vegas will snuggle up next to the Bellagio Resort and Casino and stands just across the street from Paris and Planet Hollywood. Choose your room well and you could watch the Bellagio fountains dance as you fall asleep, but all rooms will have a beautiful view of the Strip and surrounding valley and mountains in the distance, especially given that the resort stands fifty-three stories high. On the opposite side from Bellagio, the Hyatt Las Vegas is bordered by the massive City Center project. Like City Center, the architecture of the Grand Hyatt Las Vegas breaks away from the traditional Vegas style of a center with long hallway arms. Instead, this bold, blue, creatively bowing structure carves a new bolder era into the Strip.

Also known as the Cosmopolitan Resort Vegas at the Grand Hyatt, this resort is a top-notch vacation spot. The 2,973 rooms all meet the standard of quality and comfortable luxury known both in Vegas and at Grand Hyatt locations. Rooms are furnished with LCD flat-screen televisions, I-Home docking stations, desks, a sitting area, mini-bars, in-room safes, and internet access. Bathrooms have a marble bath, two sinks, and separate tub and shower. The Grand Hyatt Las Vegas also has condos, penthouses, and bungalows available. Both fine dining and places to grab a quick bite to eat offer options for every taste. Given the extremely central location of the Hyatt Las Vegas, the nightlife within will likely be varied, sophisticated, and the toast of Sin City.

Other amenities at the Hyatt Las Vegas include a rejuvenating day spa, a 1,700-seat theater, and sixty shops ranging from souvenir boutiques to high-end designer stores. The casino within is a 75,000 square foot gambling Mecca.

As Vegas is becoming more and more popular as a convention destination, almost all hotels include some convention space. The Grand Hyatt Las Vegas also caters to conventions and includes 150,000 square feet of space for events, partitioned into large and small areas able to become a wide-open convention space or transform into a beautiful wedding hall depending on your needs.

With a highly visible and central location, the Grand Hyatt Las Vegas is ideal for any convention or group event. For weddings, the ballrooms are sure to be sophisticated and classy, and the resort is close to just about everything in Vegas for any celebrations or adventures after your event. Or for simple time away from your daily life, the Grand Hyatt is also perfect, complete with comfortable rooms and suites, fine dining and entertainment options, nightlife and lounges, a pool, and a full casino.
