Caesars Palace is among the more prestigious resorts in all the world, and guests who stay here on a Las Vegas vacation are in for a luxurious treat, where you can find the best that Vegas has to offer all in one place.  At Caesars Palace, the live shows feature some of the top names in entertainment, its nightlife options are among the city’s most popular, you can get a state of the art spa treatment or arrange to play a couple of rounds at some of the Las Vegas golf courses that are available to hotel guests.  Throw in over 129,000 square-feet of gaming space and more than 120 shops and you could conceivably never want for anything that Caesars Palace doesn’t offer.  Rounding out Caesars’s impressive list of amenities are its dining options.  From casual to fine-dining, Caesars Palace has the right fit for your dining preferences.   When it comes to fine dining, Caesars Palace shines, and nowhere is that more indicative than at its Guy Savoy Restaurant.  The Caesars Palace Guy Savoy Restaurant is quickly becoming one of the premier Las Vegas restaurants, and once you eat here, you’ll know why.  Chef extraordinaire, Guy Savoy, has made quite a name for himself, and if you can’t make it to Paris to eat at his French establishment, you can still enjoy his award-winning French cuisine on a Las Vegas vacation.

The Guy Savoy Las Vegas restaurant can be found on the second floor of the Caesars Palace Augustus Tower, where you will also find the new Qua Baths and Spa.  The restaurant incorporates a modern feel, with a simplicity in design that encourages diners to focus on the most important thing when eating here, and that is the food.  The overall design of the Guy Savoy Las Vegas establishment mirrors that of his Paris restaurant in many ways.  The famed architect, Jean-Michel Wilmotte, who designed not only the original Paris restaurant, but also parts of the improvements at the world-renowned Louvre Museum, has seen to it that the few paintings and dark wood paneling do little to distract you from your dining experience.  Whether you are enjoying Chef Savoy’s takes on foie gras, or savoring a vintage bottle of wine with cheese, your meal at the Guy Savoy Restaurant is sure to be a memorable one.  Dedicated to his craft and particular about what he serves, Savoy went to great lengths to make sure that his restaurant would earn top acclaim among the other notable Las Vegas restaurants, even going as far as sending his son Franck to the Nevada desert a year prior to opening so that he could root out the best area products and workers.

At the Guy Savoy Las Vegas Restaurant, you will have the chance to enjoy the creations of a chef who has received too many awards to list.  Suffice it to say that Chef Savoy was awarded the French “Chef of the Year” award in 2002, two years after receiving the coveted “Legion d’Honneur” award, which is recommended by the French Minister of Agriculture.  When you think about the quality of French chefs and of the French dining experience, it is quite an accomplishment to stand out from the crowd.  The Guy Savoy Las Vegas was the only restaurant from the city to be considered for the prestigious James Beard Award for “Best New Restaurant” in 2006.  At the Guy Savoy Restaurant at Vegas, you can first approach chef Savoy’s culinary mastery by trying “The 90 Minute Experience”.  Chef Savoy’s talents will be on full display with this menu option that features marinated tuna to die for, an artichoke and black truffle soup that rewards the palate and an American prime beef tenderloin that will likely make it to the top of your “best steaks” list.  Finish off the meal with a rich, chocolate desert and you will swear you’ve died and gone to heaven.

While dining at the Guy Savoy Las Vegas Restaurant is not cheap, you will want to make reservations for at least one night to treat yourself to a world-class dining experience.  If you are stumped about which of the upscale Las Vegas restaurants to choose from, then look no further.  Aside from the dining experience, the Guy Savoy Las Vegas establishment offers the best in service, and why not feel like a king or a queen for a night?  The Guy Savoy Las Vegas Restaurant is open Wednesday thru Sunday, with dinner reservations available from 5 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.  Due to its growing popularity among the top Las Vegas Restaurants, you will want to make reservations at the Guy Savoy Restaurant, and boy will you be glad you did.  Chances are that you’ll be back in the future as well, so don’t stress out too much about missing out on any of the featured dishes on the menu.  You can always try them on your upcoming Las Vegas getaways.  For another wonderful fine dining experience at Caesars Palace, you might also consider the 808 Restaurant.
