The Hard Rock spa offers all of the treatments you might expect from a spa, and specializes in various types of massage. Hard Rock Spa Massage can include hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, sports therapy massage, or traditional Swedish massage. In addition to Hard Rock Spa massage the menu of spa treatments also includes facial and body wraps. A wrap involves the drenching of material (usually special cloth) into a solution of a mixture of oils and salts, and then wrapping the guests' body tightly with the cloths. Generally, visitors who experience a wrap feel revived and enjoy a better quality of skin and deep relaxation. Service prices range from about $50 for a basic facial, to $200 or more for a package incorporating massage and other treatments.

Pre-set packages at the Hard Rock Spa are available with various themes and client goals in mind. The Recuperation package incorporates hot stone Hard Rock Spa massage, an aroma therapy facial, and a body wrap. The Hard Rock Spa prides itself on the use of exclusive products found almost no where else, with an emphasis on natural treatment and organic products. Many of these products are also featured in the showers and bathrooms of guest standard rooms and suites.

The Hard Rock Hotel Vegas spa also includes the Brannon Hair Salon. It is also possible to schedule a styling for a special night out in Vegas, which will also start in the $100 range. A full menu of services and prices is linked from the Hard Rock Hotel Vegas website.

The Hard Rock Spa also includes a large health club, which guests have unlimited access to for a daily fee of $20. Access to the gym is complimentary with the purchase of a spa treatment. In addition to a wide collection of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment, the health club features TV monitors throughout with hookups for personal headsets. The health spa is located on the top floor of the hotel with enormous picture windows, offering views of the Las Vegas Strip below while you whip your body into shape.

You can also walk into the spa in person to schedule an appointment, though walk-ins appointments are not generally available.
