General Information:

The Luxor has recently given a makeover to not only its own, but also to the entire Las Vegas Strip's nightlife scene with its new offering of bars and nightclubs. The Luxor has one of the most varied collections of clubs and bars in Las Vegas, and they are quickly becoming some of the hottest. At the exclusive Noir Bar, you make reservations for an intimate and perhaps romantic night out, while at the LAX Nightclub you can dance and party like it's your last night on earth. But unlike the other Luxor clubs or bars, save the friendly, and often busy, Aurora Bar, the High Bar is open 24 hours a day, every day. The Luxor High Bar is found by the High Limit Area, and as such, has become a preferred hangout for some of the casino's high rollers.

As far as the High Bar goes, it is most akin to the Noir Bar, in that it tends to draw in a more upscale clientele and is very intimate. That doesn't mean you have to be a high-roller to get in, but it gives you an idea of the kind of atmosphere you can expect. In other words, if you are looking for wild times and thumping music, these aren't the kind of bars in Las Vegas where you will find that. Not a sports bar by any means, the High Bar is nonetheless a great spot to catch the big game, as it is aptly equipped with a number of plasma televisions. There is also bar top gaming that you can enjoy while relaxing at the Luxor High Bar, and it can be an exciting hangout for your group of friends. The High Bar offers a pretty light drink menu, but you'll basically find that there is a little bit of everything, so it should suit most tastes.
