Las Vegas Hotel Attraction

Entertainment Tips | Family Vacation | Hotel Attractions

Las Vegas is a city full of entertainment. From dining, shopping, and clubbing to world-famous nightlife, Las Vegas has just about everything for a great vacation. Las Vegas hotel attractions and other popular museum and sightseeing attractions in Las Vegas add to the fun. Tourists looking to add a unique tour or Las Vegas hotel attraction to their vacation will find something for every taste along the Strip.

Ballys Las Vegas

The Bally's Hotel and Casino Jubilee! all access backstage walking tour is one of the many popular attractions in Las Vegas. Behind the scenes of the famous Vegas show Jubilee, guests will have the chance to take a backstage walking tour to see how it all comes together. The tour operates at 11 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, and reduced tickets are available with the purchase of a Jubilee! show ticket.

Bellagio Hotel

The Bellagio Hotel and Casino is home to one of the most iconic Las Vegas attractions; the fountains at Bellagio. As one of the only free major Las Vegas attractions, everyone visiting Las Vegas should spend time viewing the fountains. Set to music by day, with the addition of lights by night, the Bellagio fountains delight adults and children alike.

For more within the hotel, “O” at the Bellagio has a reputation that precedes itself. As one of the most famous Las Vegas shows and attractions, this Cirque du Soleil performance leaves audiences breathless night after night. Acrobats, divers (much of the show is underwater), and contortionists combine in a show that can be seen nowhere else. Shows run at 7:30 and 10:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.

Paris Las Vegas

Rising up to 1/3 the size of the real Eiffel Tower, the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel in Vegas is a popular place for marriage proposals and expansive views of the Strip. As one of the tallest Las Vegas attractions, the Eiffel Tower in Vegas is a great place for pictures or a tour, anytime between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.

Venetian Hotel

The Blue Man Group is a long running show of the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. The entertainment combines art, music, theatre, and audience interaction in one of the most unique Las Vegas shows and attractions to be found. Shows run nightly at 7:30.

Mandalay Bay Hotel

At 7:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 6 and 10 pm on Saturday, Mama Mia! takes the stage at the Mandalay Bay Theatre in the Mandalay Bay Hotel. This spicy musical based around the hits of Swedish pop group ABBA is mythical journey through the wedding ceremony and blunders of one young couple and is a long-running favorite among Vegas tourists.

Luxor Hotel & Casino

The Luxor Hotel and Casino features an enormous IMAX theatre, which has become one of the most popular attractions in Las Vegas for movie lovers. Movie times and shows vary throughout the year, but movies can generally be viewed between 9 a.m. and midnight.

Stratosphere Tower

With some of the best thrill rides in the city, the Stratosphere Tower is the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States. Rides such as Big Shot, X Scream, and the Insanity thrill rides create one of the most exciting attractions for thrill seekers.

Freemont Street Experience

The Fremont Street Experience lights up the night with a sound and neon light show that is unparralled throughout the world. Lasting between six and nine minutes, guests can shop, eat, and see all the lights at the Fremont Street Experience. Shows happen throughout the evening and are completely free.

If you're looking for more than what is on the strip of Las Vegas, look into tours of Las Vegas. Popular among families and individual travelers alike is a bus or helicopter tour through the Grand Canyon. Tours can be scheduled throughout the year, and most tour companies will even pick you up from your hotel door. Tours of the Vegas Strip can also be booked.

With so many attractions in Las Vegas to choose from, seeing them all is nearly impossible in one trip. Choose a few that seem interesting and enjoy your stay in Vegas while touring and sightseeing. Tickets for shows and tours can be purchased in advance via the internet or check with the hotel concierge where to purchase them.
