Mandalay Bay Restaurants

Mandalay Bay restaurants are a foodie's dream all in one place. If you want the freshest seafood, seasonal treats, or a chef-inspired menu, you'll find it at the Mandalay Bay Resort. With so many restaurants assembled under the roofs of the resort towers, the hardest part is deciding where to dine. Luckily, the eateries at Mandalay Bay keep long hours, giving you more time to experience the gourmet eats that are so prevalent along the Las Vegas Strip.

One of the finest Mandalay Bay restaurants, Aureole is the working vision of award-winning Chef Charlie Palmer. Diners enjoy the wine tower, which reaches four stories high. A special system is in place, called wine angels, to get the wine to Aureole’s diners in the most delightful manner.
