A modern steakhouse with the additional of seasonal fresh foods, Charlie Palmer Steak is located at the Four Seasons—the luxury hotel on the top floors of the tower. Both Chef Charlie Parker and his restaurant have won award after award.

House of Blues Foundation Room

Chef Jason Damato watches over the menu of the eatery on the top floor of Mandalay Bay. Home to a rooftop patio and a romantically lit dining room, the Foundation Room is one of the most scenic restaurants in Las Vegas.

Red Square

Its decor, ice bar, and atmosphere were inspired by Russia, so it’s no surprise that the vodka flows free and the caviar choices are extensive. The menu puts a modern spin on hearty Russian food, along with European and American tastes.

Verandah

Located in Mandalay Bay’s upscale top floors, the Verandah is the centerpiece of the Four Season’s dining scene. The casual dining room is open for all three meals, serving both American cuisine and international dishes. An outdoor terrace overlooks the pool complex and is a great place to dine on a sunny day.
