Burger Bar

More than picnic food, the burger shop at the Shoppes at Mandalay Bay serves high-end but tasty food. Diners can assemble their own burger from a list of ingredients that includes Kobe and Black Angus beef, foie gras, and gourmet mushrooms.

Charlie Palmer Steak

A modern steakhouse with the additional of seasonal fresh foods, Charlie Palmer Steak is located at the Four Seasons—the luxury hotel on the top floors of the tower. Both Chef Charlie Parker and his restaurant have won award after award.

Citizens Kitchen & Bar

Serving good food 24 hours a day, Citizens takes comfort food to new heights. Chef Brian Massie, a native New Yorker, studied in Italy before he came to Las Vegas.

Fleur by Hubert Keller

Chef Hubert Keller has visited countries around the world, and he’s brought the tastiest dishes back to Las Vegas. His Mandalay Bay restaurant features small plate treats, perfect for a light dinner or a lingering evening meal shared with friends.

Lupo by Wolfgang Puck

Legendary chef Wolfgang Puck opened up his first Italian restaurant at Mandalay Bay. Lupo features a contemporary decor with stations for pizza, dessert, antipasto. You can watch the pasta making process and visit the wine room or watch the scenery from the indoor patio.

Well located at the Shoppes at Mandalay Place this sophisticated eatery serves sustainable seafood and other dishes created by Rick Moonen. The chef’s dishes are served in a dining room styled after a luxury yacht. A more casual eatery is just downstairs with the raw bar and sushi.

StripSteak

Michael Mina has many restaurant concepts, but the Mandalay Bay location is the first steakhouse. His restaurant specializes in corn-fed beef, fresh-caught seafood, and fresh flavors. More than 100 single malt scotches are poured here, and StripSteak is also home to a lounge that services cocktails in a lively atmosphere.

House of Blues Foundation Room

Chef Jason Damato watches over the menu of the eatery on the top floor of Mandalay Bay. Home to a rooftop patio and a romantically lit dining room, the Foundation Room is one of the most scenic restaurants in Las Vegas.

Red Square

Its decor, ice bar, and atmosphere were inspired by Russia, so it’s no surprise that the vodka flows free and the caviar choices are extensive. The menu puts a modern spin on hearty Russian food, along with European and American tastes.

Verandah

Located in Mandalay Bay’s upscale top floors, the Verandah is the centerpiece of the Four Season’s dining scene. The casual dining room is open for all three meals, serving both American cuisine and international dishes. An outdoor terrace overlooks the pool complex and is a great place to dine on a sunny day.
