Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas

The $7 billion MGM City Center project in Las Vegas is slated to be the talk of the town, especially when it is finished. The plan is to have the 70-plus acre City Center complex finished by late 2009, but that doesn't mean that residences at this exclusive address aren't already going fast. Between the Bellagio and Monte Carlo Hotels, the City Center is rising up quickly on the Vegas Strip, and at the impressive Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences your chance to secure a home away from home is fading fast. After just two weeks on the market, the majority of the luxury Mandarin Oriental condos were snatched up. All of the one and two-bedroom units were sold, leaving only some of the larger two and three-bedroom condos still available. Sales have been just as impressive at the City Center's Vdara Condo Hotel and Veer Towers, and though units at these luxurious locations aren't cheap, it is likely that they won't be on the market for long.

The Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas establishment will be primarily a hotel residence, and a five-star one at that. When it is finished, it will equally as impressive whether you are admiring it from the street or from inside its amenity-rich confines. With a renowned resort brand behind it, residents and guests can expect only the best in service and comfort at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, and residents will not only have privileged access to all the hotel has to offer, but also what the booming City Center will provide in the way of shopping, dining and entertainment. With over 500,000 square feet of entertainment venues, the MGM City Center will be a city within a city where visitors will find everything they need. From new Las Vegas shows, to high stakes gambling, the City Center will have it all. The buildings at the City Center, such as the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, will help to redefine the appearance of the Vegas Strip and will be hard to miss from most vantage points. Designed by architect William Pederson, whose work includes the Mohegan Sun and the National Museum of China, the Mandarin Oriental Condos will provide a residence where the colors and clarity of the surrounding Nevada desert are reflected in an urban haven. The artful and eastern-inspired living spaces here feature high-end materials, textures and finishes, and an overall contemporary feel. The condominium residences at the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas Hotel will total around 230, and they will be located on the floors above the 400-room hotel. Owners will enjoy a private owners lobby, as well as a private clubroom. This is addition to having access to the hotel's amenities.

Residents at the Mandarin Oriental condos will enjoy a level of treatment that you would only expect at upscale hotels. Regardless of the time of day, you can savor the gourmet cuisine on the 24-hour room service menu, and there will be fine dining restaurants on-site should you want to explore what some of the best Las Vegas chefs are serving up. Residents or guests at the Mandarin Oriental condos will find a full-service spa and salon, should they want to pamper themselves a bit. Others might prefer to work out any stress left over from the week at the state-of-the-art fitness center, which has separate men's and women's locker rooms. For a truly relaxing experience at the elevated pool, you can enjoy the privacy of one of the poolside cabanas. When day rolls into night, the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas dining and entertainment options come to life, providing the full experience all at the same address. Business travelers, or residents looking to take care of company business while spending time at their Vegas Strip home away from home, can take advantage of the hotel's technologically advanced conference and business centers and should you ever need anything, the staff at the Mandarin Oriental condos hotel will be at your call. Services range from doorman and concierge, to valet and laundry, and residents will find extra security knowing that the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas Hotel has an on-sight management presence.

The lingering residential units still available at the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas are some of the most exclusive condominiums that you will find anywhere in Sin City. Imagine having a main casino, fine restaurants, entertainment venues, destination shopping and a slice of the famous Las Vegas nightlife just outside your door. Whether you are a resident or a guest at the Mandarin Oriental City Center condos, you will enjoy a Las Vegas experience that is second to none. The only question is if you will ever want to leave.
