Park MGM Las Vegas

The Park MGM Las Vegas is among the two new hotels that will be created when MGM transforms and rebrands its Monte Carlo Casino Resort. The introduction of the two hotels, the other being the NoMad Hotel, is in partnership with the Sydell Group and completes the redesign of MGM Resorts’ central Vegas Strip neighborhood. The area features such other installments as T-Mobile Arena and The Park. It’s a destination in and of itself, with entertainment and dining options to fit a wide variety of tastes.

The target market for the Park MGM Las Vegas is the younger, well-traveled crowd, which MGM International pinpoints as a demographic for future growth. The hotel will offer unique experiences and a design concept that is innovative and trendy, while also retaining some of the European elements that were characteristic of the Monte Carlo. Park MGM aims to provide its guests with a culturally aware atmosphere where staying connected socially is a big part of the scenario. Contributing to the social opportunities is the location of The Park right next door to the hotel. The Park is an impressive outdoor district with exciting dining and entertainment opportunities. The new T-Mobile Arena is also just steps from the Park MGM Las Vegas Hotel, so guests will do well to see what events the arena may be hosting during their stay.
The Park MGM Las Vegas resort will have 2,700 guest units. Each will be luxurious, offering a blend of amenities that combine comfort with convenience. The Sydell Group, which is known for offering properties with a residential feel, and MGM have chosen casual elegance as an overiding theme for the Park MGM Las Vegas. And instead of trying to create an overly sexy environment, which is an approach that is probably overdone in “Sin City,” the hotel is going for more of a romantic, comfortable appeal. Something that relates a little more to the city’s other, less debaucherous nickname, “The Entertainment Capital of the World.”
