Park Theater

The Park Theater, set to open this year, is among the newest entertainment venues in Las Vegas. Found along the Vegas Strip, the $100 million venue is owned and operated by MGM International and was introduced as part of the Monte Carlo, which is being rebranded into two different hotels – the Park MGM and the NoMad Las Vegas. This is the same area where you will find such other MGM attractions as T-Mobile Arena and the outdoor dining and entertainment district that is known as The Park. The area is connected to the MGM CityCenter via the Las Vegas Monorail.

One of the most exciting things about the Park Theater is its featured acts. Justin Timberlake is being reeled in as one of the resident headliners. The same appears to be true for Lady Gaga. With a lineup of superstar talent enjoying residency at the Park Theater, this is definitely a venue to keep in mind when planning Las Vegas visits. In terms of seating, the theater can accommodate approximately 5,000 people. That makes it able to host artists who are looking to perform in a Vegas setting that is larger than the average showroom. The lower section bowl can be pushed back for smaller shows if need be, and the design of the venue allows it to be used for multiple purposes.

Entrances to the Park Theater are available through the attached hotel. And the venue is well situated with a presence at The Park, which makes for ideal opportunities to grab some food and beverages and to socialize before or after the show. The area has truly become a major entertainment hub and is proof of MGM International’s desire to gain an even larger presence in the overall Las Vegas entertainment scene. It also reflects the growing trend that sees gambling becoming less and less a component of Las Vegas vacations.
