The Primm Valley Golf Club is a Tom Fazio masterpiece that lies 35 minutes south of the bright lights of Las Vegas. Primm Golf is home to two spectacular courses: Lakes Course and the Desert Course. Not only do these two courses offer spectacular views, they present some significant challenges to even the most proficient golfer. Both the Lakes Course and the Desert Course are rated in the top 100 public courses in the United States. The Lakes Course was the first to open at Primm Valley Golf. Because of its traditional layout, it is playable by anyone. The wide fairways divert the errant shots from the waterways that fill the course. The second hole in the Lakes Course is a par 5 that plays around an enormous lake.
The holes at the Desert Course at Primm Golf were strategically designed to accentuate the surrounding views. Palm and mesquite trees as well colorful cactus and desert wildflowers contribute the desert ambience of this course. The Desert Course at Primm Valley golf is drier than the Lakes Course. It makes use of the natural characteristics of desert terrain. The course is a is a par 72 that measures 7,131 yards from the black tees, 6,085 yards from the white and 5,397 yards from the front tees.
When you finish your game, visit the Primm Golf clubhouse, where you will find a full service restaurant. If you desire, pre-arranged box lunches can be prepared to take on the course. The pro shop is stocked with popular golf apparel, and features name brands such as Ashworth, Adidas, Cutter & Buck, and Nike for both men and women. Professionals are available to help you custom fit your equipment.
If you wish to warm up for your game, Primm Nevada Golf has a 22 acre ESPN School affiliated practice course which consists of a double-ended circular driving range, target greens, chipping and pitching greens with sand bunkers, and practice putting greens. You can also improve your game at the Primm Valley Golf Academy. Various Nevada golf packages include individual or private instruction, golf clinics and seminars on golf club repairing.
The Primm Valley Resort and Casino has some excellent Golf and Stay packages. Primm Valley Casino Resorts Properties include Primm Valley, Buffalo Bill's and Whiskey Pete's. You can stay in a country club atmosphere in any one of the 624 rooms or suites. Tee times can be booked up to 90 days in advance.
