Shania Twain Las Vegas

The Shania Twain Las Vegas concert series that is coming to Caesars Palace is one of the biggest recent developments in the music industry, as the Canadian country music star will soon have her very own permanent stage show at the Colosseum. The deal is in the works for Shania Twain Las Vegas, and the new show, called Shania: Still the One will bring this popular performer into the ranks of superstars like Elton John, Celine Dion and fellow country music luminary Garth Brooks, who have also hosted regular concert series in Las Vegas. The much-anticipated concert series is sure to precipitate a rush to buy Shania Twain tickets, so if you want to catch the songstress in action, be ready to jump on the opportunity. The first performance will be on December 1, 2012, with about sixty shows each year scheduled over the course of the next two years.

Once the Shania Twain Las Vegas show becomes a reality, Shania Twain will soon join Celine Dion as one of only two Canadian superstars to have a permanent show on rotation in Las Vegas. She will join an impressive roster of superstars who perform regularly at Caesars Palace, including Cher, Jerry Seinfeld and Celine Dion. In addition, the Colosseum is one of the premier entertainment venues in the world. Guests who buy Shania Twain tickets will be seated in a round theater built to emulate Rome's classic Colosseum, that features lush red velvet interiors and can seat more than 4,000 guests. The venue was originally built for Celine Dion's A New Day concert series, but has also regularly accommodated other stars, which will soon include the Shania Twain concert series. Guests of Caesars Palace will likely be able to take advantage of special offers for Shania Twain tickets, such as the dinner and show combined packages.

Shania Twain is the best-selling female country music star of all time. From her humble beginnings as a singer in the small mining town of Timmons, Shania began supporting her family at a young age by singing at local bars and clubs. Her country music roots are authentic—growing up in the rugged Canadian forests, she spent time working on reforestation projects, lugging trees and bathing in lakes. Her hit songs in the mid-1990s propelled her to worldwide stardom, with award-winning tracks like "You're Still the One," and "Man! I Feel Like a Woman." Since her rise to fame, Shania Twain has become not only a famous music star but also a model and sex symbol, and she has sold more than 75 million albums in her career.

Recently, Shania Twain announced that she has started work on a much-anticipated autobiography of her life, which will detail the hard years of her early life, when her family struggled to make ends meet, as well as her tumultuous relationship with her husband, music producer Robert Lange. The book, called From this Moment On , was published in late spring 2011, well ahead of the concert series' start and coinciding with Shania's first new single release in six years. Whether you're a country music fan or not, this is sure to be one of the great Las Vegas shows of the decade.
