The Silverton Aquarium at the Silverton Casino Lodge has become a major Las Vegas attraction due not only to its size, but also to the unique shows that take place there. This Las Vegas aquarium is a huge part of the entertainment at the casino, and regular shows take place every day of the week; however, to maintain interest and curiosity, in addition to the regular shows, special events take place at various times throughout the year. Open for viewing 24 hours a day, the saltwater Silverton Aquarium offers a schedule for instructional feedings, which take place at 1:30 pm, 4:30 pm, and 7:30 pm each day. The on-staff marine biologist is responsible for feedings, and these shows are interactive, allowing guests to ask questions and learn, all the while being entertained.
