The SLS restaurants are guided by several different notions. One of these notions is that of culinary excellence, which is essentially the main element to any high quality eatery. And since the hotel’s restaurants also offer a lot in the way of diversity, there is something to suit virtually every taste and preference. The SLS restaurants range from signature dining establishments to casual establishments, and if you’re not quite sure what you have a taste for, the SLS Buffet is located on the hotel’s second floor and offers an array of culinary choices to select from.

The James Beard award-winning chef, José Andrés, is behind the cuisine at Bazaar Meat. One of the SLS’s signature restaurants, this house for carnivores celebrates meat in all its various forms and goes beyond your typical steakhouse. And if it’s seafood that you crave, you can savor some sea urchin, abalone or thick tuna cuts that chef Andrés claims are as good as any steak. Bazaar Meat encourages social dining experiences with its shared plate options, and the resident Bar Centro serves up classic cocktails that feature added twists if you want to drop by for some drinks. Two private dining rooms are available for special occasions, and guests who are planning special events at Bazaar Meat can enjoy customized menus.

Katsuya by Starck

Master sushi chef, Katsuya Uechi, teamed up with the design impresario, Philippe Starck, to create this restaurant that aims to provide a verifiable feast for the senses. Complementing the sumptuous sushi are tempting sashimi platters, and guests are encouraged to sample the unique rolls and specialty cocktails. Think of Katsuya by Starck as providing Japanese cuisine with an American twist, and if you’re not yet convinced that this can be an excellent place to dine in Las Vegas, you might fancy the role of its sister restaurant in Los Angeles as a dining hot spot.

Another notable entry among the signature SLS restaurants is Cleo. Named after the legendary Cleopatra of Ancient Egypt, this inspired dining establishment puts an Old Hollywood twist on its contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. From the spanakopita and roast lamb to the couscous and chicken tagine, guests can revel in flavors from Greece and beyond. The open kitchen at Cleo puts the spotlight on the wood-burning oven, and complementing the restaurant’s savory cuisine is an acclaimed cocktail program that employs fresh ingredients. Chef Danny Elmaleh is behind it all at Cleo, bringing his esteemed talents to the table in grand fashion.

The culinary menagerie at the SLS Las Vegas isn’t limited to the signature restaurants that are highlighted above. Complementing these restaurants is a collection of casual eateries, the likes of which include Ku Noodle, the 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria, the Griddle Café, The Perq, the aforementioned SLS Buffet, and the Umami Burger Beer Garden & Sports Book. Together, the SLS restaurants provide indulgent dining options for SLS guests and any other Las Vegas visitors who are looking to treat themselves to rewarding dining experiences.
