Signature MGM

The Signature at MGM Grand is an upscale resort offering incredible service. The Signature MGM is part of the current MGM Grand hotel, but offers a separate entrance and is treated as a separate hotel. Guests of the Signature MGM will still have access to all of the facilities and amenities offered to other guests of the main MGM hotel, and in addition will enjoy some special services and amenities all their own.

The Signature at MGM Grand is more than a hotel. Technically a condo hotel, most of the units in the Signature MGM Grand will be privately owned. The three towers are each 38 stories and are meant to provide owners with all of the luxury amenities of a hotel. All of the units come fully furnished, and allow owners if they choose to join the rental program. The rental program allows owners to make their units available to guests for rental when the owner is not at home.

The Signature MGM was first available for sale in 2003 and has been received well within the community. The first of the three towers sold out within 90 days of appearing on the market. In May of 2006 the first tower was opened for occupancy and has enjoyed great success. Many of the hotel amenities available to guests of the MGM Grand hotel are available to condo owners, such as limo service and 24-hour room and concierge service. Like other condo buildings in Vegas such as the Spanish View Towers and Club Renaissance, the Signature MGM provides guests and owners with the perfect combination of luxury and creature comforts.

Studio 54 Las Vegas is a wild party scene that will usually have a long line on Friday or Saturday nights, while Tabu is a lounge featuring a quieter atmosphere for drinks and conversation.

Pools

Guests staying in an MGM Signature Suite will have access to all five of the MGM Grand’s hotel pools and three Jacuzzis. The MGM Signature tower has its own private pool and Jacuzzi for exclusive use, as well.
