Show Description:
Las Vegas is a town where you can dream it up and it might
just be available. Well, if that dream involves
seeing a 6-time Grammy award winner do her thing on the
Vegas Strip, then the
Toni Braxton Flamingo concert is for you. For an
extended time period, this show should continue to reign
as one of the more popular Las
Vegas shows, as the multi-talented Braxton displays
the talents she honed as a singer, musician and Broadway
performer. From the ritzy lights of Times
Square to the glimmering spectacle that is the Las
Vegas strip, Toni Braxton continues to impress even the
most agitated critics. Her voice is smooth and sultry,
fresh and familiar and when you experience the Toni Braxton
Las Vegas show, you get a true artist who is still at
the top of her game.
If you are fortunate enough to get your hands on some
Toni Braxton Las Vegas tickets,
you will get the chance to see and hear one of the most
recognizable voices on the contemporary music scene.
Over her career, Braxton has released 5 albums that totaled
more than 40 million copies sold. Known not only
in America, but appreciated worldwide, Braxton has been
one of the top female vocalists around since she first
broke out in 1991 with the hit, “Love Shoulda Brought
You Home”. This song, and many of her other
hits make it into the Toni Braxton: Revealed Flamingo
show, which not only musically, but also visually takes
audience members on a journey through her career.
Throughout the show, Braxton changes her look. Some
of her costumes are visually stunning, while others are
simply sexy.
On stage with Braxton are a group of dancers, a couple backup singers and a lively band, but there is no mistaking who the star of the show is. As you watch Toni Braxton sing her greatest hits, you will undoubtedly notice her sparkling microphone, which is valued at around $1 million. It’s not every day that you see a microphone embedded with over 6,000 diamonds. But more impressive than all the glitz and the glamour is Braxton’s ability to interact with the audience. If you love to sing or dance and desire to get on stage yourself, Braxton just might select you from the crowd to join her for a number on stage. The Toni Braxton concert also features large screens where a video of the audition that started it all figures in among her various music videos.
The Toni Braxton Flamingo show started on August 3, 2006, as a replacement for Wayne Newton’s show. This meant that the Toni Braxton concert would be the Flamingo’s new headlining show. “Toni Braxton: Revealed”, the Toni Braxton Las Vegas show, was originally slated to run only until March of 2007. However, it’s popularity among the Las Vegas shows led the show to be extended until August of the same year. Marking the first time an African American performer scored a top 10 Las Vegas show, the Toni Braxton Flaming show was again extended through February 2008.
The Toni Braxton concert at the Flamingo plays generally
every night, Thursday through Saturday. The show
starts at 7:30 p.m., meaning you can schedule an early
dinner at the Flamingo before you head in. Conveniently,
the Flamingo hotel is found close to Caesars
Palace, the Imperial
Palace, and Bally’s
should you want to explore the dining options there.
If you are a fan of good music and a great voice, you
won’t want to miss the Toni Braxton Flamingo show.

Artist Biography:
Long before the 1990's, Braxton was working her way on up towards the top. In the 1980's, Toni and four of her sisters formed a group known as “The Braxtons”. Arista records saw fit to sign the group to a record deal by 1989, and in 1990, their first single was released. Though they weren’t exactly going anywhere fast at the time, Toni was noticed by record executives who thought she sounded a lot like Anita Baker. Quite a compliment, to say the least. In 1993, Braxton’s self-titled album reached the number one spot on the US Billboard 200 albums chart, with such hits as, “Another Sad Love Song”, “Breathe Again” and “You Mean the World to Me”. The acclaim and the awards began to pile up for Braxton, who would go on to release her signature song, “Un-Break My Heart”, on the 1996 album, “Secrets”. “Un-Break My Heart” was the biggest hit of her career and it spent an impressive 11 weeks at the Hot 100's number one spot. In addition to her six Grammy Awards, Toni Braxton has also received seven American Music Awards. In 1998, Braxton also found success as a Broadway actress, playing the role of “Belle” in the Disney musical, “Beauty and the Beast”.
