Located within walking distance of the Las Vegas Strip, the Wild Wild West Hotel and Casino calls itself a gambling hall as does the Texas Station, and it evokes the rugged frontier days of western yore. To rub shoulders with the more upscale, you'll find the landmark and luxurious Monte Carlo, New York New York, and Luxor are the three closest large deluxe casino resorts on the Strip, and they are all three within fairly easy walking distance. Wild Wild West Las Vegas is one of the cheapest Las Vegas hotels to stay in and also have close proximity to all of the Las Vegas attractions and the excitement of the nearby Las Vegas Strip. Wild Wild West is one of the more modest Las Vegas hotels and casinos, and if that's what you're expecting from such a reasonably priced property, the Wild Wild West Hotel and Casino is unlikely to disappoint you. Because of this, it is one of the favorite cheap places for locals to frequent, eat in, and gamble at.

Although the rooms are similar to those found in a good comfortable motel, the Wild Wild West Las Vegas guest rooms are interior hallway access allowing for good security and have been newly remodeled and refurbished. Upgraded amenities include new furniture, carpet and custom drapes; granite vanities; color cable television with pay per view movies; telephone; iron and ironing board and hairdryer. There's free parking available if your transportation to Vegas is by car. And, since Wild Wild West Las Vegas is near enough to the Las Vegas Strip, you also have good access to the public monorail, shuttles, and buses.

Another reason the Wild Wild West Hotel and Casino is popular with locals and visitors alike is its low minimum bets on many of the most popular games-there's a three dollar blackjack game going on 24 hours a day seven days a week. The low tension sports book sports feature four big screen televisions and more. You won't find the lavish or elegant kind of Las Vegas restaurants that are so popular on the Strip and in the large casino resorts, but you will find a variety of good, hearty, and reasonably-priced food to choose from. The Trax Bar & Lounge offers plenty of libations and casual sandwiches and snacks. For burgers and breakfast, the Gamblers Grill is open 24 hours a day. For dessert, try the delicious Wild Wild West Las Vegas signature dish, deep fried Oreos.

As a Stations property, the popular Boarding Pass that offers numerous discounts and free slots at several other Las Vegas hotels can be used at the Wild Wild West Hotel and Casino as well as other hotels and casinos, such as the Sunset and Palace. Rack up enough points on your Boarding Pass, and you could get free buffet breakfast at the Santa Fe Station, known for its excellent spread. You may want to use your Boarding Pass for a quick getaway at the new Aliante 18 miles away in the carefully planned, 420-acre Aliante community.
