Although you won't be able to find a live performance
of the original Beatles anywhere today, it is still possible
to see a number of tribute bands aspiring to reproduce
Beatlemania for die-hard Beatles fans. One of the
best and most popular Beatles Yesterday shows is the Beatles
Show Atlantic City at the Tropicana
Resort. Known as the Beatles Yesterday Show,
the Beatles at Tropicana Resort has become a favorite
show among Beatles fans old and new. The Beatles
in Atlantic City adds to the growing number of popular
shows in Atlantic City, including Tony
N Tina's Wedding and the Comedy Show at the Borgata Hotel.
Show times for the Beatles in Atlantic City are Wednesdays through Sundays at 8pm. Tickets cost around $20 per person. Guests can also buy tickets to the Beatles Show Atlantic City directly through the Tropicana Hotel Box Office. The show will take place at the Tropicana Resort's main show venue, the Cabaret Theater. The theater seats only 175 guests, meant to give folks the feeling of being in a small pub in Western Europe. Since seating is limited, it is a good idea to purchase tickets well in advance of the show to avoid missing out on shows which sell out.
After the show, guests can head over to the Ri Ra Irish Pub, also located at the Tropicana Resort in Atlantic City. Other fun nightclubs in the area include the Borgata Mixx at the Borgata Hotel, the Blue Martini and 40-40. A walk down the Atlantic City Boardwalk or a wild ride on a roller coaster at Storybook Land can also be a ton of fun. Many casinos in Atlantic City are open 24 hours a day, so guests in the mood for some gambling can hop in and join an Atlantic City poker room or just hang out playing blackjack or slots in on the main floor of any of the many casinos in Atlantic City.
The Beatles Show Atlantic City will run from May of 2007 through September of 2007 and looks to be one of the biggest summer shows in Atlantic City. The Beatles at Tropicana Resort will be a show which recreates the beginning of Beatlemania in the United States, starting with their memorable appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show, which rocketed the Beatles to wide fame and near-hysteria in North America. In addition to recreating this early American appearance, the Beatles Yesterday Show goes on to recreate some of the most popular early Beatles concerts, including a show at Shea Stadium and a show at the Hollywood Bowl, two shows which were famous for the wild behavior of fans. Although the Beatles Yesterday Show will be new to Atlantic City, the show has been performing since the mid 1980s and continues to be one of the most popular Beatles tribute shows in America today.
