Boogie Nights is an Atlantic City nightclub that embraces recent decades gone by. More specifically, the club puts the main focus on the 1970s and 80s. Every now and again, the 90s are also celebrated just in case that’s your favorite era. Various themed events bring the music and style of these decades alive, and chances are good that you will catch a celebrity impersonator or two. When checking the Boogie Nights Atlantic City events calendar, you might also come across such things as singles mixers and luau parties. There’s always something going on here after the sun goes down, at least on the weekends, and the club can certainly make for a great alternative to the other Atlantic City clubs, especially if you’re up for a little nostalgia.
You can find the Boogie Nights nightclub on the casino floor of the Tropicana. It is right between Tango’s and the Poker Room. Formerly located in another casino, the club is bigger and better than ever. Among its more notable features are a huge disco ball and a lighted dance floor that looks like it came straight out of Saturday Night Fever. In addition to celebrity impersonators who portray famous musicians, patrons of Boogie Nights can expect to encounter impersonators of characters from the Boogie Nights film, such as Mr. Boogie, Roller Girl, and Hula Hoop Girl.
Boogie Nights is open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Admission is free for Tropicana guests on Thursday nights. Reservations are not required, unless you are a group looking to book a VIP table or booth with bottle service. The number to call if you wish to make reservations for a table/booth is 1-888-940-7080. General admission is based on availability, and those who arrive early can often avoid the lines. The Boogie Nights doors typically open at 10 PM. There isn’t a formal dress code for the Boogie Nights Atlantic City nightclub, though 70s and 80s attire is encouraged if you’re in the mood for dressing up.
