Revel Atlantic City

Revel Atlantic City has closed. Here's the current list of Atlantic City hotels and casinos. If you're looking for shows or nightclubs, there are many more options in Atlantic City.

Revel Atlantic City adds a new dimension to this exciting city by the sea that opens for preview April 2 with the premiere weekend arriving May 25-28. The amazing New Jersey resort covers 6.3 million square feet of prime beachfront property, designed as much for 24-hour excitement as relaxation. Whether the sun is shining or the sun has sunk below the horizon of the ocean, Revel will offer plenty to delight.

From the energy of the dance floor to the peace and quiet of the suites, the designers of Revel Atlantic City took the guest experience into account when they created the $2.4 billion resort. The other numbers are just as amazing—there are 1,898 guestrooms and suites, along with 14 restaurants, 10 indoor and outdoor pools and 55,000 square feet of retail space. Revel also boasts a sizable casino floor at 130,000 square feet.

There’s so much more to Revel Atlantic City than the numbers show. At once chic and comfortable, the resort takes its inspiration from the surrounding beach and boardwalk. This addition to Atlantic City hotels is divided into four areas, beginning with the lobby and its host of amenities. The resort area is where you’ll find the spa and all of the guestrooms and suites. The entertainment offerings are spread between the two remaining areas. In the Mezz area, you’ll find the large-scale performance venue, while the nightclubs, casino and shops are easy to find in Revelry, along with the restaurants and bars.

Four levels of rooms and suites are available to suit all types of budgets. And the best thing? All of the Revel Atlantic City rooms overlook the ocean, from the standard rooms to the biggest suites. Every room is decorated with dark wood elements complemented by rich shades of gray and well equipped with a flat-screen TV and an in-room tablet computer that controls comfort levels from the lights to the temperature. The smart key has technology to let guests open the door with one hand and alert room service that a tray is in the hallway, ready to pick up.

When room service is not your style, the Revel Atlantic City restaurants will serve up everything from tasty takeaway treats to gourmet meals cooked by an Iron Chef. Some of the hottest chefs and restauranteurs have brought their signature style to this wonderful resort. Marc Forgione opened a stylish steakhouse—he’s the youngest winner of three Michelin stars of any chef ever. Iron Chef and James Beard Award winner Jose Garces was the driving force behind three different Revel restaurants: a tapas bar, cantina and whiskey bar.

Whatever the time of day, there’s a party going at the Revel Resort. During the day, guests enjoy access to 10 pools—including one saltwater pool—and day club that overlooks the ocean. Don’t forget about the collection of shops and the casino floor that are waiting for visitors.

After dark, your entertainment options continue as the Revel Atlantic City night clubs open for business and get the music going - with Grammy Award winner Beyonce performing during the premiere weekend. Club legend Ivan Kane opened the Royal Jelly Burlesque Nightclub, which features DJs, laser shows, live jazz, and plenty of dancers. Revel also is home to two different major event venues. The Social is a 700-seat theater with a trio of bars, while Ovation Hall has 5,000 seats for its big-name concerts and Broadway shows.
