Revel Atlantic City restaurants serve up something for everyone—for every taste and every mood. The $2.4 billion resort overlooking the Atlantic City beaches includes 14 separate eateries. Each restaurant concept was specially curated to showcase the best chefs and the best atmosphere, with winners of the James Beard Award and Iron Chefs and the hottest restauranteurs from Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and New York bringing their signature styles to Revel.

Chef Jose Garces is the driving force behind three restaurants at Revel Atlantic City. Trained in Spanish cuisine, Garces has received the crown of Iron Chef from the Food Network and the Best Chef of the Mid-Atlantic Region award from the prestigious James Beard Foundation. One Revel eatery, Amada, brings his signature Philadelphia tapas restaurant east, serving up the flavors and décor of sunny Andalusian Spain.

This expert chef also oversees Distrito Cantina and Village Whiskey. The first specializes in margaritas and serves Mexican take-out from a walk-up window. American dishes are featured on the menu of Village Whiskey along with artful cocktails and spirits at Garces’ third establishment.

Another Iron Chef, Marc Forgione, brings American Cut to the Revel. There are many steakhouses in the Atlantic City dining scene, but Revel’s signature steakhouse is overseen by a winner of three Michelin stars. Another award-winning chef, Michel Richard also brings his skills and style with three more Revel Atlantic City restaurants; O Bistro and Wine Bar, the French-influenced Central Michel Richard, and The Breakfast Room.

Once guests step away from their Revel Atlantic City rooms or the gaming floor and entertainment venues, they have many more choices for dining. Chef Robert Wiedmaier took inspiration from a Belgian roadhouse for his gastro-pub, Mussel Bar. Seafood is the star of the menu at Alain Allegretti’s Azure, and an Italian cafe, Lugo, comes courtesy of LDV Hospitality.

More restaurant concepts will be added as new restauranteurs and new chefs bring their inspiration to the Revel Resort, which also offers a host of nightclubs, bars, and other places to grab a bite to eat or a cocktail.
