Roswell New Mexico Hotels

The Roswell New Mexico hotels are mostly affordable chain brand lodging establishments, and there are plenty to choose from. This is good news for those who are planning on spending time in the UFO Capital of the World and those who are simply in need of a good place to stay while passing through the area. Regardless of your intentions, there are plenty of interesting things to do in Roswell, so sticking around for a while is recommended.

The Roswell accommodations aren't known for their luxury. This doesn't mean that visitors will have to rough it, however. A few of the hotels in and around town offer comfortable rooms, and these hotels include the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Situated in the downtown area at 1201 North Main, this hotel provides Roswell visitors with a very convenient location. It also provides them with some of the best guest units around. In addition to a cheery and stylish decor, all of the rooms and suites at the 67-unit Fairfield Inn & Suites Roswell offer air conditioning, cable TV, high-speed Internet access, a CD player, a work desk, a coffee maker, a hair dryer, and an iron. Outside of the guest units you will find a fitness room, a small business center, and an outdoor pool. There is also a guest laundry center, and the complimentary continental breakfasts are a welcoming touch.

If having a full kitchen in your guest unit sounds good, then you might find the Candlewood Suites (pictured) to be the most enticing Roswell accommodations option. Full kitchens can be found in all of the guest units at this all-suite hotel, but that's not the only reason to keep this hotel in mind. Each and every suite also boasts cable TV, a CD player, and a DVD player, so staying entertained isn't hard when you're not out hiking in the region or enjoying any other number of fun pursuits. As for the facilities that you can expect to find at the Candlewood Suites Roswell, they include a business center, guest laundry facilities, an outdoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, and a 24-hour convenience store. A meeting room is also available for those who might need it, and you might be interested to know that the outdoor pool area features barbecue grills. Only helping to accentuate the appeal of this hotel at 4 Military Heights Drive is the fact that guests are provided with complimentary breakfast vouchers for the restaurant next door.

When a stay at one of the more budget-friendly Roswell New Mexico hotels is what you have in mind, it's hard to top the Comfort Inn. All 55 rooms and suites at this value-oriented hotel feature free Internet access, cable TV, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a radio alarm clock. In-room coffee is also available at no extra cost, and the data port phones are nice touches. The free Internet access extends into the hotel's small business center, and guests who are more interested in relaxing than working can take advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub area. A fitness center and laundry center are also among the facilities. The address for the Comfort Inn Roswell is 3595 North Main Street, and if nothing else, you might drop by the onsite restaurant and enjoy some authentic Mexican cuisine.

Staying at a motel can also be a good idea when trying to save money on Roswell accommodations. One of the best motels in town is the Western Inn at 2331 North Main Street. Clean and comfortable rooms that feature cable TV, microwaves and mini refrigerators are what this motel offers, and included in the low rates is a continental breakfast, so you won't have to worry about a morning meal. As is true of many hotels and motels across New Mexico, the Western Inn is pet friendly, and nonsmoking rooms are available.
