Hotel Gansevoort
Hotel Gansevoort
18 Ninth Avenue
New York, New York

In a neighborhood that has a distinct architectural style, master architect Andi Pepper his wife have designed the 187-room, 14-floor Hotel Gansevoort to be sophisticated and minimalistic. With a lavish use of leather and fabric, they have created a rich, contemporary feeling. The signature feature of the hotel is it's rooftop - featuring a richly landscaped roof garden and an expansive loft with soaring 20-foot ceiling that offers breathtaking city views in three directions and is a stylish new venue for special events. A 45-foot outdoor heated pool with underwater music anchors the roof's other side. The hotel also features a bar and restaurant managed by China Grill Management, and a 5,100-square-foot full-service spa and exercise facility, as well as a state of the art boardroom, business center and meeting room.
