The Hard Rock Hotel New York will be the first Hard Rock International accommodation in the Big Apple. Set to debut in the spring of 2019, its location just off Times Square at 159 W 48th Street in Midtown will be a big part of the allure. Guests are basically in the heart of Manhattan. And the area that the hotel will call home – the strip between Seventh Avenue and Avenue of the Americas – has a strong music history. Known as Music Row, it used to feature musical instrument shops that were regularly visited by famous rock stars. The Hard Rock Hotel New York will be keeping the music subculture alive with its heralded music memorabilia collection and so much more.

One of the coolest things about the Hard Rock hotels and restaurants is that they essentially double as music museums. Fascinating rock and roll relics can be found among their memorabilia collections, which are proudly displayed for guests to enjoy. The Hard Rock Hotel New York will be no different, boasting a collection of its own with items from legendary and contemporary musicians alike. Other ways that the hotel will fit right in with the NYC music subculture is with its rooftop music performances and its underground speakeasy. Among other things, the Hard Rock Hotel New York will also feature an additional bar, a restaurant and a lobby lounge.

Hard Rock New York Rooms

The high-rise Hard Rock Hotel New York will offer 445 rooms. Much like the rooms at the already established Hard Rock hotels, these rooms could be described as accommodations fit for rock stars with good taste. Jetted spa tubs, plush robes and signature Sleep Like a Rock bedding are among the amenities for guests to take advantage of, as are fully stocked mini bars and contemporary technological devices. Expect a mix of room categories, ranging from deluxe rooms to sumptuous suites. And in the city that never sleeps, it only makes sense that 24-hour room service will figure among the hotel’s optional conveniences.
