Ruby Falls

Coolidge Park


If you’re looking to relax, unwind and take in some tranquil attractions Chattanooga TN has Coolidge Park. Once a vacant shipping yard, Coolidge Park was developed into a place for loosening up and having fun. The most predominant and interesting feature is the hand-carved carousel that dates back more than a century to its original construction. Kids will love the large, spraying fountains on a hot day complete with stone horses, sea turtles and lions all carved into it. The riverfront is great for many things to do in Chattanooga like afternoon picnics and games.
